En intégrant une mezzanine en bois d’ingénierie directement à l’intérieur du bâtiment, Atlantis Strength a pu créer de nouveaux espaces fonctionnels sans interrompre ses activités ni engager les coûts et contraintes d’un déménagement industriel.
La structure en bois d’ingénierie, combinant bois lamellé-collé et panneaux CLT, s’intègre harmonieusement à l’existant. Elle offre un plancher robuste, durable et esthétique, tout en apportant chaleur et modernité.

Delivered in 2024, this project illustrates a strategic approach that is becoming increasingly popular: optimizing existing space rather than relocating operations.
By integrating an engineered wood mezzanine directly within the building, Atlantis Strength was able to create new functional areas without interrupting its activities or incurring the costs and constraints of an industrial relocation.
The engineered wood structure, combining glulam timber and CLT panels, integrates seamlessly into the existing building. It provides a robust, durable, and aesthetically pleasing floor system, while adding warmth and a contemporary feel to the space.
